What are the symptoms ?
Wild activities with no apparent reasonable purpose - apart from an apparent desire to spend money - which they claim they do not have.
These include:
- Laying tarmac on top of paths which are in reasonable condition.
- Laying tarmac on whin paths without making any provision for drainage.
- Failing to maintain drainage on roads and tarmac paths used by heavy vans.
- Failing to cut so-called meadows annually - now with small trees about FIVE years old.
- Erecting fences to a deplorable stanrd both in design and construction.
- Erecting fences which create an enclosure which is easy to enter, but difficult - impossible for many - to exit.
